GEC Open Bali lights up community with a strong turnout

In Bali, the tournament was held at the pristine Bali National Golf. With participation from over 110 amateur corporate golfers from the city on September 30. Organised in association with the OMA Emirates, the event witnessed competitive golf amidst fun and frolic.

The competition was played in stableford format in two handicap divisions – 0 to 12 and 13 to 24.

In the 0 to 12 category, Simon Lawton scored a total of 39 points playing off a handicap of 6 edging out Pasco Arma who scored 38 points off a 6 handicap.

In the 13-24 category, Mastoni Damanik reigned supreme with a total of 28 points staving off stiff competition from Ramses Bastian by one point.

The world finalists enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete under national colors and ply their craft at two world-class venues – Jumeirah Golf Estates and Emirates Golf Club.
